Libby and Teddy came back today.
We did our formal introductions and then we talked about the rules for the class.
We then were able to play a board game inside because of the weather outside.
I did an Orton Gillingham assessment of letters and sounds, an informal reading inventory, a writing assessment, and an interest inventory. These were to determine a starting point for Libby. Then I read to her and asked her about the book to check her listening comprehension.

Libby was late arriving, so we missed our first session.
We were to read the entire children's book Adivina Cuanto Te Quiero pausing to discuss vocabulary, the characters, and more. We would then review numbers 1-10 by counting the dominoes that we set up to knock down.
