Lesson Comments
Libby was absent today. We will continue with this plan next week.
To begin, we reviewed how to skip count by 5s, 10s, and 25s and how it relates to counting nickels, dimes, and quarters. Today's lesson focused on using pictures to compare and subtract. We reviewed the vocabulary terms compare, fewer, and more. Then, Libby drew lines to match pictures of objects before subtracting to compare and writing how many fewer and how many more each object had.
