Georgia and I began working on the chapter for managing a household. The first three lessons dealt with renting versus buying and the basic rules to follow for what you can afford based on income. The last two lessons covered the various types of mortgages that are available and the rates and terms of the mortgages. For our final lesson today, we began working on a budget that plans for covering the expenses that will be needed to move out after a six month period.
