Dylan worked on digraphs blends today. We went over how a consonant followed by a digraph is a digraph blend. I built words with his sound cards and he blended, read them, and identified the digraph blends. He did a spelling exercise with his magnetic letters where I gave him words and he spelled them with the letters. He practiced reading words with short u sounds and read sentences and a story called "Cubs in a Hut".
