Dylan continued the lesson on consonant blends today. He blended and read words with consonant blends and identified the blend in each word. He worked on new trick words could, would, and should and did a read, spell, write activity with these words. He reviewed all of his trick words and high frequency words. He also reviewed r-controlled vowels. He did a dictation exercise with sounds, words, and a sentence.
