Today we will use the abdominal roller to strengthen the core muscles and stabilise the midsection allowing the student to deliver more power in their techniques.
Leg raises, bicycles and leg sways.
Upper body strength training include: pushups, running man, jacks and side jumps.
Self-defence against a hand grab And a strike to the head. Blocks include upper block and side block.
Finish with ”Om” meditation.
