Lesson Outline
We began with a light dynamic warm-up followed by a light dynamic stretch. The stretch and the warm-up allow the muscles to get loose and flexible as well as get the heart rate up. Penny and I continued to work on the series of exercises and drills we introduced last class. We made changes and progression to help her improve on her overall motor skills.
