Kip and I began our session with Kip completing fifteen minutes of IReady. Kip then read aloud a poem, "Little by Little". Together, we answered questions and a written response relating to the stanzas of the poem. Kip then completed a grammar activity, finding seven mistakes and fixing them, focusing on past-tense forms of irregular verbs. We ended our session with Kip teaching me how to play chess. Of course, he beat me!
