Kip and I began our session with Kip completing twenty minutes of iReady. Kip completed five minutes extra because he was absent yesterday. We then listened to a read aloud, "What Does It Mean to Be An American?". Kip then wrote a paragraph on why he is proud to be an American. We then completed a reading, "Night Flying with Friends". While reading, we discussed the character's point of view. Kip then completed a chart, filling out each character's point of view. We will complete the written response tomorrow.
