Math – Lesson 12 Session 4: Kelcy learned to show his work in finding factors and divisors with a number line. He applied this method to solving word problems. He was able to show jumps on a number line in specific increments to find a missing factor in a multiplication equation. He was able to find the divisor in a division equation by counting the jumps in the other direction on a number line. Kelsey demonstrated his proficiency at finding the remaining equations in the fact families. Next he completed 15 minutes of iReady.
Science – Kelcy made vocabulary cards for cell and chlorophyll. He learned that chlorophyll is collected in cell organelles called chloroplasts.
