Kip and I began our session with Kip completing fifteen minutes of iReady. We then took turns reading, "Describing Comparisons". We then completed a chart describing how the writer used comparisons to connect ideas. Kip then completed a grammar activity on adjectives, combining a pair of sentences. We ended our session with observing the chicks that hatched.
