Tristan seen in his room for an hour treatment session. Focus of treatment was on improving his sensory processing, self regulation, fine motor development and graphomotor abilities. Focused on teaching him the last group of lower case letters in Script Island consisting of the group "The Monkeys Go Mountain Climbing". This group includes the letters "n, m, v, x, and z". He had some difficulty with writing the letters "n and m" in script; however, was able to form the letter "v" adequately. He has not tried the letters "x and z" yet although he was provided with a visual demonstration on how they are formed. Continue to work on the Zones of Regulation concepts and strategies to improve self regulation. OT pointed out to him what zone he was in and offered strategies to move to the green zone. His mood and behavior improved as the session went on.
