Spencer seen at school for a hour treatment session. Focus of treatment on improving his executive function, fine motor skills (dexterity and manipulation) and graphomotor skills. Started session with activities to improve hand dexterity and manipulation. OT gave Spencer a fidget pencil and showed him how he could use it to help focus himself when listening. He used it during our time together. Instructed Spencer on capital "S" and "H" in cursive. He was able to write both letters well. Spencer practiced writing his both his first and last name in script. Good session and good attitude today.
