Michael did the reading for today, but once again his notes were woefully insufficient. He remembered the general details of the essays, but not the important ideas and overall themes. We spent more time going through them and discussing the best way for him to take notes so he can remember what he reads. We had a good conversation about the material and I think this is a good exercise to help him build his comprehension skills.
