Unfortunately, Macy didn't do well on her Civil War History Test (answered only one question correctly) despite the fact that she did well (94%) on her teacher assigned Civil War Study Guide yesterday. She only missed 2 questions out of 28 on the Study Guide and completed the assignment independently.
The test consisted of applying her knowledge of the Civil War not merely answering factual knowledge like the study guide.
The format consisted of filling in the blanks without a word bank. We reviewed the questions and answers so she understood the information and I let Ms. Debbie know.
The information on the test appears to be made from a slideshow Macy watched last week not from the study guide. It would have been better if the slideshow had been assigned as a review before the test vs the study guide.
