Michael definitely enjoyed the film and was better able to talk about the characters and details better than before. He remembered the important characters and the impact they had on the overall story. What's interesting is that Michael doesn't seem to have any life experience that he can relate to when analyzing literature. We talked about role models/teachers/influences in our lives, and he claims he doesn't have any. It's almost like he's completely disconnected from his past. He did however come in prepared with the wrestling assignment and was able to talk for a solid 10 minutes about what he watched last night, which is a big improvement.
