S: Noah was seen at the Batt School for treatment. Noah was eager to work with the SLP throughout the session. O: Noah was asked to follow a variety of 1-2 step related directions. He completed the activity with 20% accuracy. He was then given a picture scene and asked mixed “wh” questions about the picture. He answered the questions with 30% accuracy. After, Noah was asked a variety of “wh” questions about a short passage read to him, given a field of 3 visual answer choices. He completed the activity with 25% accuracy. Noah was then asked to identify spatial concepts in a field of 3 visual answer choices. He completed the activities with 30% accuracy. Lastly, Noah was asked to identify where an object was using spatial prepositions (behind, in front of, next to, under) given an initial model. He completed the activity with 10% accuracy. A: Noah benefitted from increased prompting throughout tasks. Baselines obtained for majority of POC goals. P: Complete baseline data collection on updated POC goals.
