S: Noah was seen at the Batt School for treatment. Noah was eager to work with the SLP throughout the session. O: Noah was asked to follow a variety of 1-2 step related directions. He completed the activity with 25% accuracy. He was then given a picture scene and asked mixed “wh” questions about the picture. He answered the questions with 35% accuracy. Noah was then asked to identify quantitative and spatial concepts, in fields of 3 visual answer choices and 2 visual answer choices respectively. He completed the activities with 30% accuracy and 25% accuracy respectively. Lastly, Noah was asked to identify where an object was using spatial prepositions (behind, in front of, next to, under) given an initial model. He completed the activity with 20% accuracy. A: Noah benefitted from increased prompting throughout tasks. Baselines obtained for all POC. P: Continue POC based on baselines obtained.
