S: Noah was seen at the Batt School for treatment. Noah was eager to work with the SLP throughout the session. O: Noah was asked to follow a variety of 1-2 step related directions. He completed the activity with 25% accuracy. He was then asked to identify quantitative and spatial concepts, in fields of 3 visual answer choices. He completed both activities with 30% accuracy on each activity. Noah was then asked to identify where an object was using spatial prepositions (behind, in front of, next to, under) given an initial model. He completed the activity with 25% accuracy. Lastly, Noah was given a picture scene and asked mixed “wh” questions about the picture. He answered the questions with 35% accuracy. A: Noah benefitted from redirection to task throughout session.
