S: Noah was seen at the Batt School for treatment. He was eager to work with the SLP throughout most of the session. O: Noah was asked to follow a variety of 1-step directions, as well as a variety of 2-step directions. He completed the activities with 67% and 50% accuracy respectively. Noah was then asked to sequence 3 visuals of common activities (i.e. making hot chocolate). He completed the activity with 78% accuracy. After, Noah answered mixed “wh” questions about an activity completed given a field of 3 visual answer choices. He completed the activity with 58% accuracy. Lastly, he was asked to identify spatial concepts shown in a picture provided. He completed the activity with 63% accuracy independently. A: Increases displayed across most POC goals. Some decreases on tasks such as “wh” questions likely due to decreased compliance and break between sessions (i.e. week off for Thanksgiving). P: Continue with current POC. Monitor goals displaying decreases.
