S: Noah was seen at the Batt School for treatment. He was eager to work with the SLP throughout the session. O: Noah was asked to follow a variety of 1-2 step related directions. He completed the activity with 70% accuracy. Noah was then asked to sequence 3 visuals of common activities (i.e. baking cookies) given visuals only. He completed the activity with 72% accuracy. After, Noah answered mixed “wh” questions about an activity completed given a field of 3 visual answer choices. He completed the activity with 75% accuracy. Then, he was asked to identify quantitative concepts (i.e. all/none, one/all) in a field of 2 visual answer choices. He completed the activity with 75% accuracy. Lastly, he was asked to identify spatial concepts in a field of 3 answer choices. He completed the activity with 64% accuracy. A: Increases displayed across all POC goals.
