S: Noah was seen at the Batt School for treatment. He had some difficulty with transitioning but was redirected quickly. After initial reservations, Noah was eager to work with the SLP for the duration of the session. O: Noah was asked to follow a variety of 1-2 step related directions. He completed the activity with 70% accuracy. Noah was then asked to sequence 3 visuals of common activities (i.e. building a snowman) given visuals only. He completed the activity with 77% accuracy. After, Noah answered mixed “wh” questions about an activity completed given a field of 3 visual answer choices. He completed the activity with 75% accuracy. Lastly, he was asked to identify spatial concepts in a field of 3 answer choices. He completed the activity with 67% accuracy. A: Increases and consistent data displayed across all POC goals.
