S: Noah was seen at the Batt School for treatment. Noah was noted to be in a silly mood throughout session. Difficulty with remaining on task noted, as well as frequent redirection to task throughout the session. O: Noah first participated in an alphabet identification task, identifying all letters of the alphabet in a field of 3 letter choices. Noah identified the letters provided with 76% accuracy. Next, he was asked to identify the superlative (e.g. big, bigger, biggest) in a field of 3 visual answer choices. He completed the activity with 90% accuracy. After, Noah. completed a sight word matching activity in which he was asked to match the sight word provided to the correct sight word in a field of 3 answer choices. He completed the activity with 90% accuracy. Lastly, Noah answered mixed “wh” questions given a field of 3 answer choices. He completed the activity with 73% accuracy.
