Life within Germany in preparation for wartime effort, Nazification, persecution of minorities within nation and as Germany expanded its borders of influence/ World War II scenarios and defeat of Germany-Depth of analysis of Germany pre WWII as Hitler rose to power and began the Nazification of the nation and its people. Max studied the Key points to the methodical Rise of Fascism with Hitler's goal to expand and create a German empire; resulting in the Axis powers vs the Allied Powers and WWII. Additional topics covered: Persecution of minorities within Germany and throughout invaded lands during German expansion, German war effort, Hitler's decision to attack the Soviet Union, the Battle at Stalingrad and ultimate retreat of German forces. The Allied powers force Germany to submit to defeat and carve Germany into 4 regions of Allied occupation and influence, setting the stage for Post WWII denazification, and the eventual confrontation between Democracy vs Communism on the world stage.
