Lesson Outline
We were able to get outside for our run and fitness games.
We started with a jog on the perimeter of the field.
Next, we came back to the pavilion and did an upper body workout and lower body workout.
We did a series of 30 second exercises for 5 minutes.
We then took our heart rate to see if we were in the target heart rate zone.
We repeated this 3 times.
We finished with a cool down and a complete body stretch.
