Today, Nico and I did a variety of activities for fitness.
We started with 2 sets of 20 sit-ups.
We then did some push-ups. I wanted to make sure Nico was doing the push-ups with perfect form.
We then did a couple of 30 second full planks and 30 second side planks.
We finished with a 3-lap jog on the perimeter of the field
