Nico started by doing a nice easy 4-lap jog on the perimeter of the field.
We came back to the pavilion and did 4 sets of 25 sit-ups.
In between sets we threw the football.
When we finished, we went to the basketball court and played 1 on 1 for the remainder of the period.
