Lesson Outline
Teddy and I ran a lap around the perimeter of the school's backyard. Then we did some stretching exercises. First, we played badminton. Then we got some water and returned to the yard for ping pong. We practiced hand-eye coordination and keeping our eye on the birdie or shuttlecock in badminton and ball in ping pong.
