Lesson Outline
The first part of class was spent reading part of the "Yoga Bear" book and doing the yoga poses along with the book. Ayden seemed to really enjoy this. We then did exercises and movements with the 3 exercise balls (all different sizes). Ayden jumped over the balls and created his own routine. He also did 100 jackknives on the ball to challenge himself. New pose with handout: lion pose.
Assignment
Ayden is to locate his yoga folder and bring to next week's class.
