Lesson Outline
We read through "You are a Lion" yoga book and practiced the poses. We also added ball and boat balancing poses and spinal twist with rainbow arms. I helped Ayden practice handstands against the wall. We also did leg stretches with straps. Class ended with a relaxation to music and lavender lotion. We talked about the "corpse" relaxation pose.
