Brad was very talkative at first and complained a lot, but gradully understood that even though the exercises were difficult with practise and persistance he could do it. Brad stomped his left big to on the base of the bag with attempting to perfom his own version of a punch (he ran and punched into the bag). By the end of our firt session brad was listening better and talk more positively about himself.
