I gave Maya the opportunity to pick what she'd like to do in yoga, as it is her last day at the school. She did some gymnastics with Ayden, then worked on the large exercise balls, creating her own variations and movements incorporating yoga and gymnastics. I showed her the humble warrior pose and she practiced this until she accomplished the pose. The last part of class was spent outdoors doing waist and arm hooping. Handout: Rabbit pose
