Step 3.1 Introduction
Lesson Outline
We began the lesson by reviewing three letter blends, digraph blends, and welded exceptions just to make sure they were solid since a week had gone by since the posttest. We then started step 3.1, two syllable words. Symone did a great job reading the words (15 out of 15 correct). We read an article on Ruby Bridges which Symone selected. She was very interested in it and was able to provide many details afterwards. We finished with some review of the 7 and 8 times tables which are about the same.
