Part of Paige's assignment was to graph the number of carbon atoms in an alkane vs boiling points. After graphing, Paige followed provided guidelines to construct a line of best fit. She then answered questions based on the graph. We also answered some other questions about the structure and intermolecular forces between carbohydrates.
