Read Aloud (The Enormous Potato)

Review of letters, B,X,I,P,O were all fully retained!
Introduced new letters (T like T-shirt/Truck, K like Kite) – Nicholas picked which ones he wanted to learn during the session. We played games, made word associations, and teacher/student created cards to practice at home. Magnetic letters were sorted into categories by letters we are learning, and we practiced singing and touching the alphabet with a celebration at the end each time.

Practicing at home has really been paying off! I'm proud of the letters Nicholas is learning. He wants to build a kite with me, I told him we could next session if he learns his homework letters.
