Lesson Outline
30 minutes - Chase wrote the majority of her journal alone. I corrected a few grammar items and a couple vocabulary words.
25 minutes - using the story: La Guitarra Misteriosa, I pointed out the past tense, then had Chase find verbs in the past tense. In identifiying the past tense, Chase was able to learn the different forms.
5 minutes - break
60 minutes - La Guitarra Misteriosa: today Chase read chapters 7 & 8 in Spanish. She identified grammar items, new vocabulary and wrote out the translation to a few difficult sentences. Her answers to the questions were grammatically well constructed.
