Batch Action tool -
Will and I examined all the sections of his movie. We are ready to marry the images to the different backgrounds. This involves re-sizing one image and moving it to work with the background image. We call this a ‘fix’. Since the stop-action movie process involves many images that will run in quick succession, this ‘fix’ has to be repeated precisely for every individual image. Using Photoshop, you can record the actions used to re-size the photo, and then replay them for a batch of photos. I showed Will how to record an action. We discussed how this is similar to recording an audio file, but in this case it is a recording of actions. Homework: complete the last ten images in the folder.
