15 minutes -
Chase was sick and her lesson was done on Skype today. She did not have her copy of the story or her journal as she was at home and her materials were all in school. I placed my copy of the story on the camera so she was able to read chapters 13 and 14.
85 minutes - Chase read one page at a time, in Spanish. She translated; identified grammar points and continued to track the double plot and numerous characters in the story. She answered the open-ended questions correctly. Chase did well.
20 minutes - We reviewed numbers 1 thru 100; adjectives of description; and nouns of family.
