Charlie continued to work on cells today. We reviewed cell theory and went over the organelles in an animal and plant cell looking at a diagram of each. He did a vocabulary matching activity where he matched different pictures of organelles to their definition and then glued them into his science notebook. We also discussed making a cell and he came up with a lot of creative ideas but he really liked the idea of making an edible cell out of cake. We will research this further next week.
