For our last class, Jayne and I explored the differences between solid, liquid, and gas. We conducted an experiment by combining a solid (ice cream) and a liquid (root beer). Jayne was quick to notice the many new bubbles that formed and identify them as the presence of gas. We discussed how this gas was formed, while we enjoyed our Root Beer Floats.
