Today I had the distinct privilege of meeting Sophie. What a delightful little girl! She completed a creative writing exercise in which she wrote about the things she could not live without. It was a good "getting to know you" exercise. When she was finished, she took a placement test for Read Theory, an excellent computer- based reading comprehension program. She will work on this program intermittently throughout our time together. All together, an excellent and very focused morning.
