Jason used puppets and his Lego pieces to do some drama. We went outside to look at the flowers and didn't find caterpillars. We looked at the squirrel box.

We watched the video of How the Grinch Stole Christmas and discussed that it is just like the book by Dr. Seuss.

Jason dissected a Barn Owl pellet and discovered what the Barn owl had eaten by placing the bones he found in the pellet on a chart.

Jason completed his interactive calendar. He put together his daily sentence puzzle. He watched a video about owls. He read and discussed his vocabulary words.

Jason completed his reindeer picture. He used oil pastels with which to color in the reindeer's nose, selected white for the reindeer's antlers, and used a peer's suggestions to draw a branch on which the reindeer was on. Jason required minimal prompts to remain focused, but followed directives after expectations were clearly outlined and explained.

We played along to several songs on the drum set.
