We were unable to go outside due to the air conditioning being fixed. So, we stayed inside and discussed our heartrates. Then, we had Library. Remi picked out a few books on games and gaming. We sat on the couch and perused them. He decided that he wanted to checkout a Captain Underpants book. Now he has two books checked out with the Dog Man book he took home last week.
We had a wonderful session.
We began by stretching our muscles to avoid injuries. Then, Remi jogged a lap to warm up. He had to take a restroom break, so we went inside. Once he was done, we went back outside. At that point, Remi ran a lap and took note of his heartrate. He noticed that it "was pounding" thus he had increased his heartrate. Then, Remi ran the obstacle course from last week. Lastly, he created his own obstacle course with cones and ran it twice. To clean up, he ran to get the cones and completed clean up in 43 seconds.
Remi and I went out back for P.E. We started with stretching our muscles to avoid injuries. Then, I had Remi jog the perimeter of the playground twice. Remi noticed that his heart rate increased. Next, I had him complete the obstacle course he ran last week. He was successful and noticed that his heart rate decreased. Since it was so hot, we went inside to play a game. Again, Remi chose Jenga. After a few games, I asked him to build with the magnetic slides. He built a two-story house with two attics. Lastly, we cleaned up, because it was time to go home.
We started by stretching out. Then, I had Remi complete an obstacle course. First, he had to crawl over each of the four tires. Next, he jogged to the playground equipment and climbed up the stairs and down a slide. After that, he ran around the picnic table and the play car. Lastly, he ran back and touched the tree. Then, Remi did it in reverse.
Since it was so hot outside, Remi and I decided to go inside and play Jenga. Miss Judie joined us, and we had a lot of fun.
