Today was my 1st class with Rory. We went over salutations and prepositions of place for objects and people.

Today we went over salutations and positions of things. Also we briefly talked about France's capital, type of government and some historical facts such as the revolution and Napoleon.

- Comprehensive final exam ( chapters 6-9)

- We did a chapter 8 review.
- We called the FLVS teacher to take an oral DBA.
- She took her chapter 8 exam.
-She did her 9.3 Quiz: irregular -IR verbs and prepositions.
-We worked on 9.4 formulating questions with : why, how many, when, and where. We submitted her voice and written assignment.
-9.5: She completed her photo essay about a seven day trip in France.
-9.6:We worked on -RE verbs ( conjugations and exercises). She submitted written and voice activities.

-8.3: She worked on a written assignment " My Ideal Day".
-8.4: We worked on irregular adjectives (chart), and she submitted her written assignment.
-8.5: We reviewed the this, that, those, these, and which/what chart. She did exercises and a quiz.
-8.6: She did a reading comprehension assignment about family and tv preferences.
-9.0: She completed the chapter pretest.
-9.1: We worked on building vocabulary about traveling and planing trips. She did a written assignment about France's geography.
-9.2: We worked on irregular -IR verbs like dormir ( to sleep).

- Review all chapter 7 : vocabulary and reading comprehension, conjugation and use of verb to do/to make, close future and disjunctive pronouns.
- Called FLVS French teacher to take chapter 7 oral DBA.
-Took chapter 7 exam.

-8.2: Vocabulary about sports and submitted listening/voice activity...
-8.3: Conjugation of -IR verbs and practiced conjugation and verbs... Submitted voice activity: retold the story of a ranch cartoon.

-We did a quick review of chapter 6.
-We called her FLVS French teacher and passed the oral DBA.
-We completed the chapter 6 exam.
-7.2 We submitted the "Nice Quiz".
-7.3: We completed the voice and written assignment ( reading comprehension).
-7.4: We worked on the written assignment verb "Faire" ( to do/to make) including exercises and conjugation of verbs.
-7.5: We addressed construction of negative questions plus completed a quiz.
-7.6: We worked on a new tense: close future. We reviewed the conjugation of "aller" ( to go). We did exercises with the verb and submitted voice and written assignments.
-7.7: We worked on disjunctive pronouns.
-7.8: We did reading comprehension and submitted the written assignment.

-6.5: We worked an essay photo assignment ( written and oral ).
-6.7: We worked on a written assignment and reading comprehension assignment: " A Letter From Sylvie".
-We did a full chapter review including vocabulary and reading comprehension. We worked on expression of possession "être à", conjugation of -ER verbs, and prepositions à & de.
- 7.0: chapter pre-test.
-7.1: Summited voice activity.

Left after 10 minutes of session.

We took the oral exam via FaceTime with her French teacher.
We reviewed all three verb conjugations -ER, -IR, -RE.
We built flashcards for the most common and used verbs of the three different types.
We rehearsed questions and answers for the final Oral Test.
