S: Noah was seen at the Batt School for treatment. Noah was eager to work with SLP for majority of the session. Increased task avoidance noted when completing activities. Sight word, letter identification, and blending activities provided to mom for continuation of skills practice over summer break. O: Noah first participated in an alphabet identification task, identifying all letters of the alphabet in a field of 3 letter choices. Noah identified the letters provided with 85% accuracy. Next, Noah was asked to blend 3 letter words when given the 3 sounds verbally. He completed the task with 80% accuracy. Then, Noah completed a letter-sound correspondence activity in which he listened to the letter sound and identified the letter in a field of 3 answer choices. He completed the activity with 70% accuracy. After, Noah completed a sight word matching activity in which he was asked to match the sight word provided to the correct sight word in a field of 4 answer choices. He completed the activity with 90% accuracy. Lastly, Noah completed a pronoun labeling activity where he was provided picture scenes and asked to choose the correct pronoun in a field of 3. He completed the activity with 80% accuracy. A: Noah displays consistency/increases across all goals. Difficulty with uses of “he” vs. “they” noted when completing pronoun activity. P: Reassess Noah when services continue to ensure POC remains accurate. Continue literacy-based goals per mom’s request.
Today PJ and I just hung out for the last day of school. We spoke about the conversions from Dollars to Euros so he can have some idea when he gets there how they relate. The rest of the time we sat and chatted about life. PJ is the best!
Richard was seen for his last 45-minute treatment session today. We worked on transition to summer discussion and played some fun games. Please refer to Richard's end of the school year progress update for details of progression and standardized test scores.

Luke was seen for his last OT 45 minute session on the last school day. Focus of treatment today was on improving bilateral coordination, self regulation and transition to summer. Luke talked about emotion and zones of regulation with his OT today. He continues to be able to appropriately label his feeling and emotions and place them in the correct ZONE. Outside we worked on various activities to improve whole body cross lateral movements. Please refer to end of the year progress update for standardized testing scores and overall progress. It was a pleasure working withe Luke this school year.

Today was the last day of school so we were very informal. Andrew asked to spend time in the art room. I joined him. We spoke about summer and future plans.
Today was our last day of class. I gave Ben the option to do a lesson or to use the last day to chat about things. He said his brain was fogged and preferred to talk. He showed me some videos of things he had saved. We talked about next year and him being a Junior in Geometry. I wished Ben a happy and healthy summer break.
