We began setting up the tools she will need for her summer reading, including audio book materials and an eReader if she finds herself without the paper book.
1. Sophie will be able to solve quadratic equations using square roots (for equations with no x term).
2. Sophie will be able to solve quadratic equations by factoring.
3. Sophie will be able to solve quadratic equations using the quadratic formula.

Sophie did well today. We covered the sections that needed to be covered in chapter 10. I will give Sophie a short quiz tomorrow and we will begin working on sections in chapter 11.
Sophie was able to complete the review session. She has some deficiencies with object pronouns, which she had before she come to JBP. We will be reviewing them again. She did well with her vocabulary review today.
