Sophie did a good job today with her review. She was able to get all of her vocabulary written and reviewed. We worked on present progressive and she was able to form it.

Sophie will be completing a take home test over the weekend. Next week, we will be rushing to complete the sections that Mrs. McGrath recommended.

No coffee today so Sophie was easy to work with. She finished up the video nicely.

Sophie has to know the vocabulary for chapter 1-9. I gave her the final chapters to write vocabulary cards so that we can study them together.

We finished chapter 9. Tomorrow we will review and Sophie will have a take home test on Chapter 9. She will be taking a take home test for the purpose of getting through as much material as possible before she leaves for summer break.

Sophie was very engaged and productive today. She surprised me with her speed and ingenuity in creating the slides with very little input from me.

Sophie was not as productive today as she was yesterday. In fact, she flatly said No to me about working on her assignment. With some patience, I got her to work on her project, but she really only got one slide done today. After looking at her schedule, I realized she tends to act up this way on Wednesdays... and after drinking coffee, which she did today.

Sophie was focused and on task. Good session.
