After brief introductions, Cabo wrote a hypothetical conversation based on what his pet bearded dragon would say if she was suddenly able to speak Spanish.
We discussed tradional writing elements such as character devolpment. Cabo was asked to think about what type of personality his bearded dragon has and then make word choices based on his input. He was able to write an entertaining conversation in Spanish.

We practiced vocabulary describing family pets, our home, rooms, and furnishings. We practiced grammar with the verb "tener" and possessive adjectives. We practiced writing a description of the house in Spanish using the verbs "tener and ser". We began to discuss how to describe a day at work and completed page 67.
We reviewed homework and practiced conversational Spanish using past tense verbs and discussed wildlife animals, including crocodiles. We completed Exercise 10 on page 278. We also practiced vocabulary words with flash cards.
