Ayden was really fabulous today! He was super focused. He was quick with his vocabulary recall and with his conjugation. I am really thrilled. We added a few new words and we are working on transferring all his vocabulary to an excel spreadsheet which will make it much easier for him to manage.
Some confusion on Wednesday. I thought Ayden was driving home and meeting me online but I waited about a half hour and he didn't make it and then I got a call from the school that he couldn't make it.
We learned some new words today which I asked Ayden to memorize over the weekend. He said he has ACTs going on so I just gave him 2 new words and asked him to try to memorize them.
I am proud of Ayden. He is doing a great job with longer sentences that are more complicated. He is getting the hang of conjugating some new words that we learned yesterday.
We added a few NEW words, words that he has never heard before. I am very happy that Ayden is writing down all his vocabulary words and referring to them during the class. He is taking ownership and responsibility of the words he knows and learns. Also, I was proud to hear that he completed his homework and spoke a sentence to his father in Hebrew over the weekend.
Ayden is REALLY getting the hang of conjugating in Hebrew. I see a big difference from when we first started. Now, when he conjugates incorrectly he almost always corrects himself! His homework is to speak a sentence to his father in Hebrew over the weekend. I want to encourage him to USE his Hebrew.
