Double Digit Adding With Regrouping: Danny was introduced to regrouping (carrying) today. He picked it up after a few problems. Example: 15 + 35= 50. In the first column he added the 5's getting 10 putting the 0 down and carrying the 1. In the next column he added 3+ 1 +1 = 5. I was impressed with how quickly he got it. Super, Danny.
Add double digits and practice writing numbers: Danny added 2 digits plus 2 digits without regrouping. He did an excellent job working independently and getting all problems correct. He practiced writing the numbers 3, 5, 7 and 6, he has been reversing these numbers. Today he practiced writing rows of those numbers correctly. Good going, Danny.
Adding Double digits to double digits: Danny was amazing today as he added double digits today without regrouping. He didn't need me to separate columns in order to add, he went right to it with ease. Also he wrote numbers and related word numbers counting up to ten. Example: 1 one, 2 two, 3 three, ... Analogue Time and Sequencing Events: Danny easily recognized hour time, eventually we will work on the minute hand. He was shown different events, he had to discern the correct order as they should occur. His observations were very good as he numbered them in their correct order. Excellent, Danny.
Counting from 50 to 100 and practice writing numbers: Danny was precise as he wrote each number and spaced them using his finger. He also started telling time on an analog clock. You're doing great, Danny.
Write numbers: Write numbers from one to fifty. Danny practiced writing numbers from one to fifty. He spaced each number with his finger and like an artist drew his numbers carefully. Great job, Danny.
